Oven Parmesan Potatoes
4 medium potatoes (do not peel)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespooons grated parmesan cheese
dash of paprika
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and place on a greased baking sheet. Do not stack. Mix remainder of ingredients, except the parmesan cheese in small bowl.
Brush all sides of the potato with the liquid mixture. Bake at 425? for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve. |
